Cancellation Policy
1. General Information By booking a tour with Truly Jamaican Travel Services through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase. These terms govern your rights and obligations as a customer, as well as our responsibilities as a service provider. 2. Booking & Payment Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, cash, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout. Cash Payments For cash payments, a 25% security deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from your total charge. The remaining balance can be paid upon receiving the service. Please note, this deposit is part of your overall payment and is not an additional charge. Online Payments For online payments, the full amount is required at the time of booking. A 25% security deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance paid online at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, a refund will be issued minus the 25% deposit. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and receipt. 3. Cancellation Policy Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your booking. However, the 25% deposit is non-refundable for both cash and online payments. If you wish to reschedule, there is no additional fee. Changes to your tour made on or before the day of your service will incur a 25% modification fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour. Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the event of severe weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other situations beyond our control, we may need to cancel a tour. You will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 4. Changes to Your Booking If you wish to modify your booking (change tour date, time, or other details), please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability. 5. Liability & Safety Truly Jamaican Travel Services prioritizes the safety and well-being of our customers during tours. However, by booking with us, customers acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the tour unless caused by negligence on our part.
